Single Airman MMA Bootcamp
Alan Belcher, owner of the Alan Belcher MMA Club, teaches a basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mixed martial arts move to Airmen Shade Bennett, 81st Logistics Readiness Squadron, and Kiara Daniels, 81st Training Group, at a single Airman MMA Bootcamp May 10, 2012, at the Dragon Fitness Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The bootcamp consists of six weeks of training the basics of MMA including Muay Thai boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing and grappling.
