Watkins also serves as the ground operations assistant director for the Keesler Air Show/Open House March 28-29. The retired Air Force master sergeant is responsible for setup of “everything except the planes,” including barricades, foreign object debris fencing, utility setup, trash receptacles, tents, water buffaloes and other on-the-ground requirements.
