An attendee of the City of Biloxi’s 66th Annual Observance National Day of Prayer at Biloxi City Hall May 4, 2017, Biloxi, Miss., holds one of the programs associated with the event. The National Day of Prayer is an annual national observance dating back to a call in a joint resolution of Congress signed into law by President Harry S. Truman in 1952.
