KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. --   Father Jacob Matthew Smith, 81st Medical Group clergy, provides a tour of the Keesler Medical Center Chapel to The Most Reverend Louis Kihneman, III, Bishop of Biloxi Roman Catholic Diocese of Biloxi, and The Very Reverend Monsignor T. Dominick Fullam, J.C. L. Vicar General-Moderator of the Curia Roman Catholic Diocese of Biloxi, Aug. 17, 2017, on Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize Bishop Kihneman and Monsignor Fullam with the missio , facilities and faith programs of the 81st Training Wing and the 403rd Wing.
