KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. --   Layton Gipson and Ervin Morgan, Specialty Contractors and Associates, Inc. laborers, take measurements before installing framing at the McBride Commons Aug. 22, 2016, on Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The renovation will include a children’s library, computer stations, engraving, framing, marketing and print shops and a full kitchen.
