KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. --   Construction hardware sits on a shelf at the McBride Commons Oct. 24, 2016, on Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The renovation project will transform the former base library into a common area housing a children’s library, computer stations, engraving, framing, marketing and print shops and a full kitchen.
