Chaplain (Capt.) Eugene Ansah, 81st Training Wing chaplain, delivers the invocation during annual African-American Heritage Committee Luncheon at the Bay Breeze Event Center Feb. 23, 2017, on Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The theme of African American History Month this year is “The Crisis in Education.” Proceeds from the event will benefit the Col. Lawrence E. Roberts memorial scholarship fund. Roberts, a Biloxi resident and Tuskegee Airman, passed away in 2004. The scholarship helps local youth pay for tuition, books and other academic costs. (U.S. Air Force photo by Andre' Askew)
