Keesler trains for real-world situation

Members from the Keesler fire department and the 81st Medical Group load a “victim” into the back of an ambulance for transportation to the medical center during a major accident response exercise Aug. 7, 2014, at the Locker House at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Team Keesler practiced real-world training during the exercise which simulated a gas line explosion that set a building on fire. Due to the extreme temperatures, exercise “players” wore minimal fire gear. (U.S. Air Force photo by Kemberly Groue)
