The White Avenue gate off U.S. Highway 90 (Beach Boulevard) offers the most convenient 24-hour access. After entering the base, remain on Larcher Boulevard; the medical center is located at the intersection of Larcher Boulevard and Fisher Street.
Hospital Clinic Hours: 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m.-4 p.m. training Fridays. The Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatric Clinics see patients 7 a.m.-4 p.m. on non-training Fridays. Clinics normally are closed for Warrior Day training from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. the second Thursday of each month, as well as federal holidays and command-directed family days.
Student Health Clinic: 7a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.; 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. training Fridays; and 7 a.m.-2:30 p.m. non-training Fridays. Walk-in "Sick-Call" (acute illness present for three days or less) is: 7-10 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Monday-Thursday.; 7-10 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. training Fridays; and 7-9 a.m. and 1-2 p.m. non-training Fridays. The SHC is closed holidays and weekends.
Radiology: 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday for routine radiographs.

About the MTF
The 81st Medical Group operates one of the largest Air Force medical facilities in the Air Force. Its primary mission is to maintain medical readiness for worldwide contingencies by providing quality, cost-effective health care for more than 27,000 enrollees, including almost 7,500 active-duty members.
