Craig Biddington

Mr. Biddington serves as the Director of Staff, 81st Training Wing, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi (MS). The 81st Training Wing provides technical training for officers, enlisted, and civilians of the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserves, as well as other Department of Defense agencies. Keesler’s technical training includes numerous electronic, computer, weather, medical, personnel, comptroller and information management career fields creating the combat capability for air expeditionary and space forces.

As Keesler’s senior ranking civilian, Mr. Biddington advises staff on mission effectiveness, professional development, military readiness, training, utilization, health, morale, and the welfare of Keesler’s 12,000 military and civilians. Mr. Biddington works closely with the local community and civic leaders to enhance Keesler and the surrounding community relationships.

Mr. Biddington spent eight years in the U.S. Air Force as a Security Forces Defender. Mr. Biddington has over 30 years of federal service and has held several key positions. His previous assignment was Director of Plans and Resources for the 1st Air and Space Communication Operations Squadron, Ramstein, Germany where he served in a Key Career Position as the Senior Civilian, managing all Intelligence Systems activities. In addition, Mr. Biddington managed a 5.2M annual budget and advised leadership on ISR focused policies, procedures, directives. Mr. Biddington also served on the Cyberspace and Information Technology Civilian Career Field Team from 2014 to 2018 where he served as a senior subject matter expert on Air Force working groups tasked to assess emerging technologies and transformation efforts while serving as a subject matter expert to over 16,000 career field members on civilian educational opportunities and professional military education.
