Beginning Monday, 3 November 2025, Customer Support (DEERS/RAPIDS office) will beta test the new hours of operations and services listed below:

Mon-Thurs: 0800 – 1400

Appointments and Walk-ins*

Fri: 0900 – 1400

Appointments and Walk-ins*

*Appointments will take priority over walk-ins.

Walk-ins will be prioritized based on the following:

  • Mission Critical Personnel
    • Active Duty/Guard/Reserve (in uniform)
    • Technical Training Students
  • Lost/Stolen/Destroyed/Confiscated CACs
  • CAC expiring (within 2 weeks)
  • CAC Unblock
  • Certificate Issues
