The Director will request Military Honors on behalf of the family; they will provide the Honor Guard with information on the gravesite, time of service, and comitial. Honors can one be performed once, normally at the gravesite. The family will need to provide the funeral home with a copy of the Veterans' DD Form 214. The actual funeral request location will determine the nearest base or installation that will perform the honors.
