81st Training Wing change of command

Maj. Gen. Leonard Patrick, 2nd Air Force commander, passes the guidon to Brig. Gen. Spacy assumed command from Brig. Gen. Andrew Mueller who will be heading to his new assignment as Commander, E3A, North Atlantic Treaty Organization Airborne Early Warning and Control Force, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, Geilenkirchen, Germany.
