Christmas craft

Jennifer Foster and Stance LeBlanc decorate the Keesler Dolphin Friday in preparation for Biloxi’s Christmas on the Water parade. Ms. Foster is employed at the mini-mall barber shop and Mr. LeBlanc is an outdoor recreation employee at themarina. Brig. Gen.
