After moving to the United States from Ghana when he was 14 years old, Staff Sgt. Kwadwo Agyen-Frempong, 335th training Squadron, and his wife, who emigrated from Jamaica when she was 10, try to keep their heritage alive in their three children through their languages, food, visits back to their native countries and more.
