Retired Maj. Gen. Paul Capasso shares the story of Keesler’s recovery after Hurricane Katrina during “Keesler: Rebuilt and Renewed,” part of the Katrina +10 series sponsored by the City of Biloxi, July 17, 2015, at the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art, Biloxi, Miss. Capasso, 81st Training Wing commander from November 2005 – October 2007, arrived just three months after the storm inflicted $950 million in damage to the base and led Keesler’s Operation Dragon Comeback program.
