U.S. Air Force Chaplain (Col.) Alan Chouest, 81st Training Wing chaplain, provides remarks during a funeral for George Budz, 81st Contracting Squadron director of business operations, Aug. 11, in Biloxi, Mississippi. Budz, a retired lieutenant colonel, served 20 years on active duty and continued to serve nine more years in civil service at Keesler Air Force Base in the 81st Contracting Squadron.
