KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. -- The City of Biloxi is continuing its utility construction project with water line repairs, starting this weekend.
Construction continues along Forrest Ave., immediately east of Meadows Gate, and may affect traffic entering and exiting that gate. Meadows Gate is projected to stay open its normal hours, but base personnel using that gate are advised to be careful driving over any torn up roadway and to follow all traffic control signage and flaggers.
