KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. --

Keesler Air Force Base has one of the three Blood Donor Centers in the Air Force and is re-launching its online appointment scheduler known as eDonor.

The Keesler Blood Donor Center is part of the Armed Services Blood Program, which serves as the sole provider of blood for the U.S. military, and collects and processes blood products for service members, veterans and their families world-wide in both peace and war.

The online appointment scheduler allows interested individuals to view when and where the KBDC team will be collecting blood and select a time that is best for them.

By going to http://www/militaryblood.dod.mil/ and clicking on the "Give Blood Now!" button, someone can search for Keesler Air Force Base, choose a blood drive and schedule an appointment.

Once the donor selects a date and time, eDonor will send a reminder via email about their appointment.
