‘Heart’ transplant
Contractors with Carothers Construction continue work on the interior of the new radiation oncology center under construction on the west side of Keesler Medical Center. Plans call for the linear accelerator, the “heart” of the new center, to be moved from its current medical center location to the new structure between July 30 and Aug. 5.
