Staff Sgts. Rob Fiscus graduated March 5 from the electronic principles course in the 332nd Training Squadron with perfect scores. Sergeant Fiscus is an instrument and flight control systems apprentice from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. He is headed to Sheppard AFB, Texas, for additional training.
