Area Defense Counsel: The ADC's prime responsibility is to vigorously and ethically represent clients during adverse military actions such as:

- Courts-martial and Article 32 hearings

- Article 15 actions

- Administrative discharge and Demotion actions; LORs and LOCs

- Any other adverse actions in which counsel for an individual is required or authorized.

The SVC program provides a seasoned trial attorney (JAG) to confidentially advise sexual assault victims and help navigate the criminal justice system. SVCs are available to those who have made both restricted and unrestricted reports. The SVC office is located at 613 Hangar Road Dolan Hall, Room 155 Keesler AFB, MS, 39534, and can be reached at (228) 376-8632.

The Victim and Witness Assistance Program (VWAP) applies in all cases in which military criminal conduct adversely affects victims or witnesses of crimes under military law (the Uniform Code of Military Justice).
