2nd Air Force change of command ceremony

KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. -- Brig. Gen. Leonard Patrick, will assume command of 2nd Air Force from Maj. Gen. Mary Kay Hertog at 10 a.m. July 21 on the Keesler parade field.
