81st Training Wing Change of Command

KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. --  Keesler AFB will be conducting a change of command ceremony to officially transfer command to the new 81st Training Wing commander, Brig. Gen. Patrick C. Higby. The parade ceremony will take place Friday, August 23 at 8:00 a.m. in the triangle parade field.
