Col. Jennifer H. Hall is the Deputy Commander, 81st Training Wing, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. As the Deputy Commander, she assists and advises the commander responsible for the training of more than 27,000 military and civilians. The 81st TRW trains officers, enlisted and civilians from the Air Force, Space Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard and international partners. Keesler’s technical training includes numerous electronic, computer, weather, medical, personnel, comptroller and information management career fields, creating the combat capability for the Department of Defense forces.
Col. Hall entered the Air Force in May 2001 through the United States Air Force Academy. She earned her pilot wings from Laughlin AFB, Texas and was assigned her first operational flying tour in the A-10 at Osan Air Base, South Korea. Col. Hall served in a variety of positions and held several qualifications in the A-10C as a FAC(A), Sandy-1, Instructor, and Evaluator pilot. She is a senior pilot with over 1700 hours in the T-37, T-38, AT-38, A-10A, OA-10A, and A-10C. She has flown combat missions in Operation Enduring Freedom.
Col. Hall previously commanded at the squadron level, served in the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Commanders Action Group and on the White House Veterans Policy Team, held positions as AFSOUTH Air Component strategic planner, and a faculty member at ACSC and SAASS. Col Hall earned a doctorate in Political Science at The University of Georgia, majoring in International Relations with a minor in Comparative Politics.
