Courses:

**Cyber Fundamentals -1D7XXX: 37 Days

The course of initial entry (COIE) to all 336 TRS initial skills courses and instructs Airmen in the basics of Safety, Communications Professionals and Associations, Legal/Ethics, C4I Security, Cryptology, Enterprise Systems, Digital Numbering Systems, Computer and Network Components, Communications/Network Protocols, Network Types, Software, Cyber Security, and Network Fault Isolation Techniques.

**Client Systems Operations - 1D7X1E: 36 Days

Client Systems Operations Airmen deploy, sustain, troubleshoot and repair data, desktop video and network client devices in fixed and deployed environments. They sustain and operate systems through effective troubleshooting, repair and system performance analysis, as well as managing client user accounts and organizational client device accounts. The course contains five blocks of material, Introduction to Client Systems, Hardware Fundamentals, Software Fundamentals, Local and Network Solutions and Capstone. The course material is web-based utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) so students are encourage to bring their own device. The building is equipped with Wi-Fi and the instructor will provide you the log-in information. Requires CompTIA Security+ Certification.

** Knowledge Operations - 1D7X1K:  22 Days

The instructional design for this course is asynchronous online delivery with synchronous sessions integrated as advanced organizers for each of the six modules. The 22 day course prepares future Knowledge Operators for daily operations. Training includes Introduction to Knowledge

**Systems Operations - 1D7X1B: 50 Days

Systems Operations Airmen design, install and support USAF network and computer systems. They ensure the systems operate properly and remain secure from outside intrusion. Additionally, they maintain networks, manage user accounts, respond to outages, service network interruptions and restore systems when necessary. Information presented in the course includes the following six modules: Introduction to Systems Operations, Servers, Operations Systems, Troubleshooting, Security and Capstone. The course material is web-based utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) so students are encourage to bring their own device. The building is equipped with Wi-Fi and the instructor will provide you the log-in information. Requires CompTIA Security+ Certification.

**Security Operations - 1D7X1D: 20 Days

Security Operations Airmen prevent, repel and detect cyber-attacks ensuring the security of computer networks, online communications and other national security systems. The design of this course is to introduce students to their roles and responsibilities in Security Operations. The scope of training includes three blocks with an overview of the Security operations career field, safety, operating systems, networked systems, information assurance theory, foundation and operational concepts, information assurance manager/officer, computer/network threats, vulnerability assessment, certification and accreditation, emission security program, and communication security program. The course material is web-based utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) so students are encourage to bring their own device. The building is equipped with Wi-Fi and the instructor will provide you the log-in information. Requires CompTIA Security+ Certification.

** Software Development Operations - 1D7X1Z: 60 Days

Software Development Operations Airmen design, develop, test, manage and maintain software applications that support Cyber Security, intelligence agencies, USAF/USSF space and weapons systems, and aircraft and missile tracking systems.  Airmen obtain user requirements and specifications while implementing software life cycle practices to ensure the mission is accomplished efficiently and effectively. The six block of training include: Basic Programming Concepts, Program Design, Advanced Program Design, Database Application, WEB Development, and Software Maintenance. The course immerses the students in an environment that seeks to mirror their future Air Force work areas as closely as possible, thus enabling them to become productive members of coding teams as quickly as possible.

**Security+: 10 Days

The CompTIA Security+ Preparatory Course provided by the 336 TRS is a rigorous 10-academic day course that incorporates online curriculum, multimedia, and commercial resources.  Having the CompTIA Security+ certification validates the baseline skills you need to perform core security functions and operate on a DOD network.  The Security+ certification satisfies Information Assurance Technician and Management requirements; IAT II and IAM I respectively.

Supplemental Courses:

**Key Management Infrastructure (KMI): 15 Days

This supplemental course provides training to selected military and civilian personnel within the DoD and Civil agencies in the fundamental knowledge and skills required to perform and manage the delivery of key products and services over the network and capability for both clients and end cryptographic units to receive key products over the network.  The scope of this training consists of a system overview and management client administration, functions, and operations. 

**Emission Security Manager (EMSEC): 5 Days

This supplemental course provides training to selected military and civilian personnel within the DoD and civil agencies in the fundamental knowledge and skills required to perform the duties and responsibilities of EMSEC Managers.  This course will train EMSEC Managers on Air Force EMSEC program management, equipment and facility zoning, the EMSEC problem, specific countermeasures, conducting assessment and countermeasures reviews, the protected distribution system, the EMSEC classification guide and maintenance and testing.

**Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM): 10 Days

This supplemental course provides training to selected military and civilian personnel within the DoD and civil agencies in the fundamental knowledge and skills required to perform ISSM duties.  The scope of training includes ISSM roles and responsibilities, operational concepts, computer/network vulnerabilities, Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization process, network services and protocols, Cybersecurity Workforce Improvement Program, COMPUSEC evaluations, and eMASS data entries.

**Security Tools Foundries: 10 Days

This supplemental course provides training to selected military and civilian personnel within the DoD and civil agencies in the fundamental knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize and employ core Air Force enterprise cyber security services including Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Host Based Security System (HBSS), Automated Remediation and Asset Discovery (ARAD) and SCORE.
