Equal Employment Opportunity Office

The Keesler Air Force Base Equal Opportunity Office policy is to provide equal opportunity and treatment to enhance unit cohesiveness, military readiness and mission accomplishment. This is achieved by assisting commanders in identifying, assessing and removing EO barriers in an effort to ultimately eradicate unlawful discrimination and harassment in every form from the workplace.

We promote a workplace free of unlawful discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, sexual harassment, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, religion, hazing, bullying, and for civilians also include age (40+), disability, reprisal and genetic information. We take a proactive approach to fostering a positive human relations environment through education, commander's calls, officer/enlisted professional development seminars, teambuilding and locally developed specialized training.
