Pinwheels for Prevention
Volunteers place 1,000 pinwheels in front of the 81st Medical Group April 3, 2012, at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., as they have been every year since 2007. “Pinwheels for Prevention” is an annual program that uses the shining, colorful display to raise awareness of the more than 1,000 allegations of child abuse in Harrison and Jackson counties alone.
