Keesler Nurse Transition Program final class

Graduates of the last Keesler Nurse Transition Program class stand with program chief Capt. Iesiah Harris, back row center, following their June 22 graduation ceremony. Col. Allison Plunk, 81st Medical Group chief nurse, presented their certificates and addressed the class and guests. The class selected Capt. Shawnice Shankle, 81st Medical Operations Squadron, as their guest speaker and 1st Lt. Heidi Hautala, 81st Inpatient Operations Squadron, was named outstanding preceptor. The new Air Force nurses and their follow-on assignments are, front row from left, 2nd Lts.
