Keesler Spouses Club awards 10 scholarships
Brianna Evans of Biloxi is daughter of Lutrina Evans and the late Charles Evans, a retired master sergeant. She’s a senior at Biloxi High School and will major in psychology with a minor in sociology at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College before transfering to the University of Alabama.
