Instructor's father-in-law integrates "real world" training
Airman Basic Jerel Tait, 334th Training Squadron, reviews the flight record folder of retired Senior Master Sgt. Colin Hibberd under the observation of Staff Sgt. Jillian Wader, 334th TRS aviation resource management course instructor, May 2, 2014, at Cody Hall, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. Hibberd, a former career boom operator and load master from Charleston, S.C., was invited by Wader, his daughter-in-law, to speak about some of his career experiences and to integrate “real world” training to the class. The comprehensive flight record folder review is an objective of the apprentice course and demonstrates the Airmen's ability to recall and interpret the aviation resource management principles and procedures critical to success in the career field.
