Brig. Gen. Patrick Higby, 81st Training Wing commander, and Biloxi Mayor A.J. Holloway flank representatives of the Fishbowl Student Ministry Center's white rope program -- from left, Chaplain (Maj.) Robert Monagle, Chaplain (Capt.) Mathew Limon and Airman 1st Class Jason Greatorex and Airman Basic James Rejouis, 338th Training Squadron. The white ropes were named Biloxi's military volunteer group of the year.
