Memorial completed to honor Etchberger
Tech. Sgt. Michael Farmer, Master Sgts. Juan Diaz, Thomas Capenegro and James Musgrove, Airman 1st Class Scott Brown, Staff Sgts. Dustin Haugh, Joshua Lee and Alexander Gould and Tech. Sgt. Travis Smith, 338th Training Squadron, stand behind the Chief Master Sgt. Richard Etchberger monument they designed Jan. 8, 2014, on the corner of Hangar Road and CMSgt. Etchberger Way.
