Higby tours Training Group
Brig. Gen. Patrick Higby, 81st Training Wing commander, speaks to Airmen leaders during a two-day immersion tour of the 81st Training Group Aug. 26-27, 2013, outside of the Azalea Dining Facility, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The purpose of the tour was to learn the integration of the group’s mission, operations and personnel.
