Higby tours Training Group
Chief Master Sgt. Robert Winters, 81st Training Group superintendant, provides an overview on the operations of the Military Training Leaders to Brig. Gen. Patrick Higby, 81st Training Wing commander, during his two-day immersion tour of the 81st Training Group Aug. 26-27, 2013, at the Levitow Training Support Facility, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. The purpose of the tour was to learn the integration of the group’s mission, operations and personnel. Higby will continue his tour with the 81st Medical Group, 81st Mission Support Group and Wing Staff Agencies over the next couple of weeks. (U.S. Air Force photo by Kemberly Groue)
