Family Running Club tackles miles step-by-step

Keesler children participate in warm-up exercises during the Keesler Dragons Family Running Club practice Jan. 12, 2015, at the Triangle Track, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss. More than 25 families participate in the running club. The club is free to anyone with access to base. The club has three running categories: Little Dragons- Ages 0-5; Medium Dragons- Ages 6-8; and Big Dragons- Ages 9 and up.
