CID improves Keesler spectrum manager course

Information Systems Technician 1st Class Michael Phillips, a staff member at Center for Information Dominance (CID) Keesler Air Force Base, practices with the Rohde & Schwarz Portable Receiver 100 (PR100), under Sgt. 1st Class Timothy Kowalski's guidance. The PR100 is a state-of-the-art tool used by spectrum managers worldwide to find sources of interference and is replacing an older model spectrum analyzer taught in CID Keesler's Spectrum Operations Apprenticeship Course.
