81st TRG chief retires with 29 years of service

Robert Winters, 81st Training Group superintendent, during his retirement ceremony at the Bay Breeze Event Center Sept. 8, 2016, on Keesler AFB, Miss. Winters retired with more than 29 years of military service and served multiple assignments in California, Louisiana, Georgia, Colorado, Korea and the United Kingdom.
