Local reporters attend Media Day
Maj. Scott Thallemer, 81st Surgical Operations Squadron informatics officer and robotics program coordinator, provides reporters from local media outlets with a briefing on the capabilities of robotics surgery at the clinical research lab during Media Day Oct. 26, 2017, on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. In order to better understand Keesler’s mission, the reporters also toured the air traffic control tower, the 81st Security Forces Squadron indoor firing range and a 333rd Training Squadron cyber training course.
