Rhonda Blackwell and Elizabeth LeBlanc, 333rd Training Squadron, have been honored with Air Education and Training Command C4 Association awards.

C4 stands for "command, control, communications and computers."

Ms. Blackwell, winner in civilian Category I, is the unit program coordinator. She provided support for more than 200 unit members and aided in the administration of 150 cyber students. She identified a flaw in the 81st Training Wing's enlisted and officer performance record system, authoring corrective action that was implemented basewide.

In the absence of a unit historian, Ms. Blackwell created a 300-page report and archived squadron accomplishments. She built a unit testing program and delivered promotion materials on time for 85 members.

She validated 150 records to improve recall database and managed a 118-item extra duty program. She incorporated new inprocessing procedures to smooth the transition for 50 new Airmen.

Ms. LeBlanc, winner in civilian Category III, is the squadron's training development element chief. She led a Unit Compliance Inspection tiger team, inspecting three units and identified 80 discrepancies, coordinating closure of 323 self-identified discrepancies, with no findings during the inspection.

She led a 24-member team in developing the new undergraduate cyber training program and specialty training standards for the new C4 Air Force Specialty Code.

She led training development for 76 instructors, keeping 19 projects on track despite 67 percent element manning. She analyzed more than 600 course surveys, ensuring timely resolution for training in line with field requirements.
