The Air Force is hosting an Industry Forum in Biloxi, Miss., May 21, for a potential Enhanced Use Lease project.   The parcel consists of approximately 43 acres of non-excess real property on Keesler AFB, located outside of the security fence in Biloxi, known as "Harrison Court".   The property location is on the southeast quadrant of Benachi and Bayview Avenue.

The Air Force is looking for potential partners to maximize Air Force Real Property value by developing and operating all or a portion of the site as a commercial and/or mixed-use facility.

The Keesler AFB EUL Industry Forum will provide an opportunity for interested parties to walk the proposed land site, meet with key Air Force stakeholders and provide an opportunity to exchange questions and answers relative to the proposed project.

The May 21st forum will take place 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Biloxi Visitors Center, located at 1050 Beach Blvd (at US 90 and Porter Avenue); just west of I-110 loop and Beau Rivage Resort. An Air Force bus will transport guests to the property. To RSVP for the Industry Forum, email afcec.eul.execution@us.af.mil.

The Air Force Civil Engineer Center Installations Directorate acquires, manages and disposes of Air Force-controlled real property worldwide, helping installations optimize real property assets to achieve value for the Air Force through partnerships with private industry. To date, AFCEC has closed eight EUL projects with considerations worth more than $250 million.
