Thirty nine years of excellence: Farewell Mr. Moseley
Robert Moseley, 81st Civil Engineer Squadron deputy base civil engineer, receives the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award Medal from his daughter, Melissa Brookes during his retirement ceremony on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, March 26, 2025. Before retiring from 39 years of service, Moseley was responsible for various projects that improved infrastructure and operations on both Keesler and the local community. He spearheaded the decentralization of two central steam plants on base and later one at the Department of Veterans Affairs Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, a move that saved over $500,000 annually in utility costs.
