Keesler medical personnel support Patriot 25
U.S. Airmen assigned to the 81st Medical Group carry a stretcher during the Patriot 25 exercise at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, March 26, 2025. Keesler is one of three Air Force bases that serve as federal coordinating centers as part of the NDMS mission that partners with the U.S. Department of Health and community partner hospitals in the event of a national emergency or disaster that requires federal assistance. The exercise is a National Guard Bureau sponsored exercise designed to test domestic operations preparedness. This tactical level exercise simulates a large-scale disaster response.
