Change of command set for April 6

Leadership of the 81st Training Wing changes hands April 6 when Brig. Gen. Greg Touhill turns over command to Col. Ian Dickinson. Colonel Dickinson is headed to Keesler from the Pentagon, where he currently serves as Joint Staff deputy chief information officer. He is expected to report by March 31.
