Course Description:

This advanced course is designed to train Military Training Leader (MTL) Superintendents, Flight Chiefs, and Assistant Flight Chiefs. Subject matter taught will include:

·         Mission Structure
·         Mentoring Program
·         Team Building
·         Counseling
·         Professional Development Planning
·         Resource Management
·         Training Management and Scheduling
·         Force Support Squadron (FSS) Functions
·         Exodus Planning/Reporting
·         Health, Morale and Welfare Inspections.

 

Application Process: Member must be vectored through the DSD program and have completed the application. Special Notes: Please note: Mississippi is in a hot climate. In order to minimize the risk of heat stress disorders and acclimate while performing physical training, it is highly recommended selectees perform regular aerobic physical training for three weeks prior to attending training. Selectees should try to be physically prepared for the environmental conditions to which they will be subjected.

 

Reporting Instructions: (Supplemental)

Students report to the Military Training Leader School, Lott Hall, building 2603, upstairs in room 47 at 0630 on class start date. Parking and entrance are on the east side of the building.
