BACK BAY OF BILOXI CLOSURE
KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. -- The portion of the Back Bay of Biloxi directly behind Keesler AFB will have a safety zone in effect from 27-29 March due to performances at Keesler's Air Show and Open House.
The Safety Zone will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on each of those days. During this time, transiting will be allowed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., but anchoring will be prohibited. From 2-4 p.m., transiting and anchoring are both prohibited. The Coast Guard and other marine agencies will be posted around the area to escort any watercraft outside of the restricted area during this time.
