Captain Jackson graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in December 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. He reported to Officer Candidate School in January 2020 and received his commission in March 2020. Upon commissioning, he reported to The Basic School and graduated in November 2020. In December 2020, he reported to Marine Wing Headquarter Squadron 2, Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, for on-the-job training.
In March 2021, Captain Jackson reported to the Ground Supply Chain Management Officers Course aboard Camp Johnson, North Carolina. Upon completion of the Supply Chain Management Officers Course in May 2021. He reported to Marine Air Support Squadron 1 in June 2021 and was appointed as the Supply Officer for the Squadron, he was promoted to the rank of 1st Lieutenant on March 2022 and served in this billet until November 2023. In November 2023, he was assigned to the Squadron S-4 to be the Logistics Officer. He was promoted to his current rank of Captain August 2024 and remained in this billet until October 2024.
In October 2024, Captain Jackson received orders to Marine Corps Detachment, Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi and is currently serving as the Executive Officer.
